29 CFR 1926.502(b)(5): Midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, solid panels, and equivalent structural members were not capable of withstanding, without failure, a force of at least 150 pounds (666 N) applied in any downward or outward direction: (a) On or about December 7, 2016, Thomas Construction Company, LLC, as the creating and correcting employer responsible for erecting and maintaining the guard rail systems at the worksite, exposed Fischbauch Masonry, Inc. employees to fall hazards created by erecting guard rail systems where the mid-rail could not withstand at least 150 pounds of pressure exerted in any direction.
