KVG Building Corp project site located at 3510 Kohler Memorial Dr. Sheboygan, WI: On 12/16/16, employees were exposed to exhaust fumes containing carbon monoxide from diesel and LP powered equipment being operated in the enclosed building when no CO meter was used to monitor the atmosphere.
