29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. KVG Building Corp project site located at 3510 Kohler Memorial Dr. Sheboygan, WI: On December 16, 2016, employees were using diesel and LP powered construction equipment in an enclosed building when frequent and regular inspections were not conducted and a carbon monoxide detector was not used to identify the accumulation of CO in the worksite.
