Chemicals contained in products such as, but not limited to, Pro Series Transport Knife Grade, Klean Strip Denatured Alcohol, Klean Strip Lacquer Thinner, Premium Specialty R7K115, MEK, and Wilsonart 741/740 Non-Chlorinated Adhesive.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed:    a) In shop: On December 15, 2016, and at times prior, electrical panels had unused openings with no covers to prevent dust buildup inside the panels.    THE COUNTERTOPPERS, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 830721, CITATION 01, ITEM NUMBER OO4A AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MARCH 1, 2013, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 344 SWORDS LANE, BILLINGS, MONTANA 59105.
