29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Where wet processes were used, drainage was not maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places were not provided when practicable. Location: In Back Dishwashing Area and In Front of Soda Machine Employees were exposed to slip and fall hazards because the floor was wet in front of soda machine, and, in the following places in the back dishwashing area: in front of the ice machine, near the mop bucket, and in front of the dishwashing machine. Mats were not in place where necessary, and the number on hand was insufficient.
