29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy. a) Establishment/ Production shop The employer did not have an specific energy control procedure for servicing or maintaining the machinery, such as, but not limited to, the St. Regis crush bagger. Violation occurred on or about 12/12/2017. The Manischewitz Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 940702, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/28/2013,with respect to a workplace located at 80 Avenue K, Newark, NJ 07105.
