29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.     a) 604 West Rio Grand Ave., Wildwood, NJ:  On or about 12/14/2016 a SJ Hauck House Movers, LLC, employee was working from an elevated work surface while raising a home, securing steel structural beams to pilings.  A piling broke causing a partial structural collapse. The worker was not using any form of fall protection (PFAS) fell approximately 12 feet to the ground below.
