29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about 12/09/16, at 280 Union Street, in Rochester, New York, an employee performing leading edge work - installing metal decking, was not provided with fall protection to keep him from falling 17 feet to ground level. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
