29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) Worksite, 24 Shinnecock Rd., Quogue, NY- Employees were working at a height of approximately 10' while removing sections of framing from a residence. The employees were not instructed in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe walking conditions; on or about 12/19/16. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
