29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(i): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 2A, was not provided for each 3,000 square feet of the protected building area, or major fraction thereof: a) 1200 Ridge Pike Conshohocken, PA., Throughout Structure: On or about December 19, 2016, employees were doing various finish and clean-up details throughout the newly constructed commercial facility where electrical contractors were replacing temporary electrical wiring with permanent wiring, but fire protection was not provided for each 3,000 square feet of the building.
