29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept clear from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: On or about December 16, 2016 the employer did not ensure that scrap lumber, scrap lumber with protruding nails, paper waste, large rocks and other debris were kept clear from the work area. This condition exposed employees to impalement and tripping hazards.

Pacs Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1069783, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 18, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 12346 Thren, El Paso, TX 79938.
