An employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about December 19th, 2017 employees were exposed to up to an eight foot fall hazard while working next to an unprotected edge on top of a poured concrete floor in the vicinity of 735 West Broadway in Dickinson, North Dakota. (b) On or about December 19th, 2017 employees were exposed to an eight foot fall hazard into an unprotected pit while accessing the portable restrooms in the vicinity of 735 West Broadway in Dickinson, North Dakota. (c) On or about December 19th, 2017 employees were exposed to an eight foot fall hazard into an unprotected pit while working in the underground water treatment holding forms in the vicinity of 735 West Broadway in Dickinson, North Dakota.
