29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about December 20, 2016, on the east side of the residential structure, where an employee was exposed to a 19 foot fall hazard when performing decking activities without each employee being protected from falling when working 6 feet of more above a lower level.    MELITON L. SILVA WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1114383, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED A FINAL ORDER ON FEBRUARY 3, 2016 WITH A FINAL ABATEMENT DATE OF JANUARY 13, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 137 EVERGREEN OAK DR., CONROE, TX, 77384.
