29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:    a) Warehouse/Storage Area - On or about 12/21/16, 4 argon cylinders, stored near the back entrance door to the office, were exposed fork truck traffic and were not secured to prevent them from being knocked over.  Reference: Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965 - Section 3.3.8.     NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints and/or terminal screws.  a) Welding/Warehouse Area  - On or about 12/21/16, metal duplex receptacle boxes, which are used to energize multiple pieces of equipment, were not provided with appropriate strain relief.  The outer insulation was pulled away from the metal boxes, exposing the bare wires.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
