29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a)  At 1796 West Beach Blvd., Gulf Shores, Alabama:  on or about December 27, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to work from an elevated aerial lift basket without wearing a fully body harness exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 20 feet 4 inches to the ground below.
