29 CFR 1910.124(f): Employees were not knowledgeable of the proper first-aid procedures appropriate to the dipping or coating hazards to which they were exposed:  NICKEL PLATING  On, or about, December 28, 2016,  employees were not trained on proper first-aid measures and emergency procedures to follow when working with electroplating chemicals, such as, but not limited to, ammonium bifluoride, which requires the use of a fluoride antidote upon skin exposure. Ammonium bifluoride has a pH of 2.5, is corrosive and causes internal and external dermal burns.
