Employees were using corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to, Presto Kleen HP Alkaline Cleaner and Oxyprime Liquid (Oxalic Acid Solution). Employees were exposed to the hazard of burns to eyes and skin.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: On or about December 29, 2017, the employer did not develop, implement and maintain a written hazard communication program that included labeling information, safety data sheets and employee training. Employees were using products that contained chemicals including, but not limited to; solvent naphtha medium aliphatic in concentrations of 60-100%, propylene glycol monomethyl ether in concentrations of 1-5%, and sodium nitrate in concentrations of 7-13%. Employees were exposed to respiratory and skin contact hazards.
