29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were using planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position: a) Copper King Hotel, East Canopy: On or about December 29, 2016 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall and collapse hazards from an approximately 33 foot distance above the ground surface. A Skytrak model 0160019605 forklift was used with an internal scaffold platform to increase the height of the elevated platform.
