Dubois, PA, on or about December 29th, 2016 and times prior thereto: Employees worked with and around various cleaning products including, but not limited to, Clorox Bleach Gel Cleaner, PGP Comet Cleaner, and Malaleuca brand cleaning products. The employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program.
