29 CFR 1926.960(c)(1)(iii)(B): The energized part was not insulated from the employee and from any other conductive object at a different potential: (a) At Grand Club Drive and Timber Pines Blvd where the insulated blanket was lifted to hang the elbow on the parking stand in the 4 way cabinet, exposing a cable splicer to an arc flash hazard while working within 6 inches of live electrical parts, on or about 12/15/2016.
