The employer did not establish a set hazardous communication program to identify chemical hazards in the workplace. b) Pride Industries, Inc.: On January 4, 2017 and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemicals such as but not limited to; Kerosene, IRWIN Chalk, and Liquefied Petroleum Gas. The employer failed to provide effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area. c) Pride Industries, Inc.: On January 4, 2017 and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemicals such as but not limited to; Kerosene, IRWIN Chalk, and Liquefied Petroleum Gas. The employer failed to provide the required safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical in use.
