29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: (a) Door 4 Loading Dock: On or about December 20, 2016 employees were permitted to wear hoods over their heads while operating forklifts in reverse which prevented a full view of the path of travel.
