29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a) Facility, 2700 Commerce Circle, Trafford, PA: On or about December 29, 2016 an employee was exposed to fall hazards while securing the load on top of a delivery truck loaded with drywall in the warehouse and was not protected from falling. The fall hazard was approximately 10 feet to the ground.
