On or about January 4, 2017: Employees working in the spray area of the facility are exposed to hazards such as but not limited to Helmibond 859 Adhesive and Hemitin Hardener 560, which is a corrosive and contain polyisocyanates. The employer did not assess the workplace for hazards.

On or about January 4, 2017: Employees working in the spray area of the facility are exposed to eye hazards such as but not limited to Helmibond 859 Adhesive and Hemitin Hardener 560, which is a corrosive and contain polyisocyanates. On or about January 4, 2017: Employees working in the spray areas of the production floor wear a 3M 8210, N95 Particulate Respirator voluntarily when working with chemicals such as but not limited to Helmibond Adhesive 859 and Helmitin Hardener 560, which contain polyisocyanates.  The employer did not conduct an air assessment for the spray areas.
