On 1/5/16, at the job site located in Braselton, Georgia, the employer had not implemented a hazard communication program for employees using and exposed to chemicals at the site including various stains, Acetone, and Paint Thinner.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s).  On 1/5/17, at the Braselton job site, the employer did not implement a hazard communication program and maintain safety data sheets for chemicals employees are required to use including various stains, Acetone and Paint Thinner.

On 1/5/17, at the Braselton job site, the employer did not implement and train employees in a hazard communication program who were required to use various chemicals including various stains, Acetone, and Paint Thinner.

On 1/5/17, at the Braselton job site, the employer did not provide Appendix D training for employees who were offered N95 respirators on a voluntary basis.
