29 CFR 1926.1419(j): Employees observed an unauthorized subcontractor inside the established barricaded area but did not give the emergency stop signal to the crane operator neither did they request the employee to leave: (a) On or about 7/18/2016 - Waste Fuel Boiler Precipitator Area, the signal employees/riggers did not cease operations when a truck driver entered the barricaded area to assist during the landing of the precipitator plates.
