29 CFR 1926.502(d): The employer used body belts as part of a personal fall arrest system:Note:  The use of a body belt in a positioning device system is acceptable and is regulated under paragraph (e) of this section.  a) Lot 27, 4 Victoria Drive: On or about December 29, 2016 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 19 feet, 4 inches to the ground in that positioning devices, rock climbing harnesses, were used when installing roof shingles.
