Laminated Industries, LLC 2000 Brunswick Avenue, Linden, NJ site:     a) Manufacturing area - Paper garbage and debris observed underneath  several Sheeter machines.    b) Manufacturing area -  Excessive paper dust accumulation on the floor and overhead piping of the large Sheeter machines.    c) Break rooms - Were not clean and orderly, in that, the walls, floors and ceilings were damaged, stained and dirty.    Condition noted on or about 01/09/2017.
