These shafts belonged to the Folding Machine, unknown make, model, or serial number.

29 CFR 1910.23(e)(1): A standard railing(s) did not consist of top rail, intermediate rail, and posts, and did not have a vertical height of 42 inches nominal from upper surface of top rail to floor, platform, runway, or ramp level: a/ Inside of the Extrusion Area, two flights of metal stairs, each five risers high, were equipped with a stair rail with a top rail only. Inside of the Maintenance Department, the rotating parts belonging to the following machines were inadequately guarded: a/ Cincinnati Milling Machine, unknown m/n, s/n 5531B5B-0077. b/ Southbend Lathe, unknown m/n, unknown s/n. Inside of the Maintenance Department, the unused portion of the saw blade belonging to the following machine was unguarded: a/ RAMCO Horizontal Band Saw, m/n RS-90P, s/n 21829.
