29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: Workplace, 3 Wing Drive, Cedar Knolls, NJ, Main Pharmacy/Fulfillment Center a) The employer failed to provide a disposable gown and safety glasses/goggles to employees performing compounding operations with Progesterone oil. Violation occurred on or about December 2, 2016 b) An employee washed a beaker which contained a Progesterone oil solution without using safety glasses/goggles and impervious disposable protective clothing, such as a disposable gown. Violation occurred on or about December 2, 2016 c) Employees performed Estradiol pill counting to fill prescriptions failed to wear protective gloves. Violation occurred on or about December 2, 2016 - January 5, 2017
