THE MEIJER GREAT LAKES LIMITED PARTNERSHOP WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALNET STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 498018, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON AUGUST 9, 2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE AT 4075 WILMINGTON PIKE, KETTERING, OHIO 45440.
