A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On 1/3/2017, Two employees from Saylors Construction LLC were taking measurements for installation of metal siding for a commercial building located at 1970 South Service Road East, Sullivan, MO. The employees were working from an aerial lift, which had the boom in the elevated position approximately seventeen feet above the ground. The employees were inside the boom working with the use of body belts or body harnesses and lanyards not attached to the boom or basket of the aerial lift.
