29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket while working from an aerial lift: a. On or about January 9, 2017, in a 660 SJ Sky Power aerial lift, two employees performing painting and waterproofing operations were not protected from an approximated 20-foot fall hazard by use of a personal fall arrest system.
