29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift. On the south side of the construction site, an employee elevated by a Genie lift to install cornice material was not protected from a fall hazard when his lanyard connected to his harness exposing him to an unprotected fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.
