29 CFR 1910.26(c)(3)(vii): Ladders were not used in a manner for which they were intended. a) In the attic area, on or about January 10, 2016, and at times prior to, employees used rolling metal ladder or orange Weiner ladder to access the attic, exposing employees to a fall hazard of about 9 ft. to the concrete floor. The employees jumped from the ladders to get on the attic. The ladders were too short.
