29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.    a. On or about January 10, 2017, Pine Bluff Materials employees working at 610 Riverside Drive, Clarksville, TN, had used and were exposed to All Pro Degreaser, a corrosive (sodium hydroxide, alcohols, 1-propoxypropan-2-ol; 2-aminoethanol; sodium xylenesulphonate; cocoamidopropyl betaine; tetrasodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate), and suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet.    a. On or about January 10, 2017, Pine Bluff Materials employees working at 610 Riverside Drive, Clarksville, TN, had used and were exposed to gasoline, diesel fuel, Motor Medic Air Break and Antifreeze & Rust Guard, NAPA Chain & Cable Lube,All Pro Degreaser, a corrosive (sodium hydroxide, alcohols, 1-propoxypropan-2-ol; 2-aminoethanol; sodium xylenesulphonate; cocoamidopropyl betaine; tetrasodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate), and the employer did not include these materials on the list of the hazardous chemicals.     Pine Bluff Materials was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 893091, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/11/2013, with respect to a work place located at 1030 Visco Drive, Nashville, TN 37210.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
