29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 4925 Margaret St. (Montgomery, AL); On or about November 28, 2016 and at times prior thereto, employees engaged in roofing activities on a steep slope roof were exposed to fall hazards of 11 feet 3 inches to the ground below in that the employer failed to ensure employees were utilizing fall protection.
