29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: On or about December 16, 2016, an employee was using a table saw without a guard to cut wood for the installation of a gymnasium floor, exposing employees to the hazard of being struck by the rotating blade.
