29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l) Establishment - The employer did not complete the training and did not perform evaluations of lift truck operators. The G & F Septic, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(I), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1171691, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/27/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 62 Sokokis Trail, East Waterboro Maine.
