Employees wore a body belt with a lanyard that was not energy absorbing and was tied in a knot, on or about January 12, 2017.        (b)  460 Sterling Street, Camp Hill Pennsylvania  An employee operated an order picker to access items from elevated levels exposing them to fall hazards. An employee  who exceeded the load limit of 220 pounds, was allowed to wear a body belt and with a self-retracting lanyard device on a Yale order picker, on or about January 12, 2017.     No abatement certification or documentation required.
