29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: a) Southwest Wall of Building: Mold growth in the General Manager's Office, Back Office and Storage Closest was not properly cleaned or removed exposing employees to unsanitary working conditions, on or about January 11, 2016. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
