29 CFR 1910.145(c)(2)(i):     Caution signs shall be used only to warn against potential hazards or to caution against unsafe practices.    On or about January 3, 2017, and at times prior to, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards due to the employer's failure to post caution signs to caution against the unsafe practice of walking under sludge tankers attached to power units in the SPN area of the protein facility located at 1000 Pilgrim's Street, Mount Pleasant, Texas.
