29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: (a) Warehouse: Employees were exposed to struck by hazards from falling tires since the racking was damaged at sections: 15.15.B/15.13.A; 16.31.B/16.29.A; 19.17.B/19.15.A; 22.20.B/22.32.A; 22.32.B/22.34.A, and 22.35.B/22.33.A. Abatement certification is required for this item; use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19
