29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: Worksite at 1921 Cradduck Rd. Ada, OK 74820. On or about January 11, 2017 employees were working from a Genie S-45 aerial lift without the use of a fall protection harness and lanyard, exposing the employees to a fall hazard.
