29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special handtools for placing and removing material from the point of operation was used in lieu of other guarding required by this section. (a) The employer did not ensure that employees using The Multitek FP1610EZ used the pick-a-roon hand tool to place the logs correctly, employees used their hands which exposed them to crushing and caught in hazards.
