29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Production Shop -Production Shop - On or about 1/13/2017, employees were exposed to respiratory tract irritations when employer had not implemented a written respiratory protection program including medical evaluations, fit testing, and training for employees welding metal alloy and steel parts while wearing half facepiece respirators.
