Worksite located at 11902 Blue Ridge Blvd. Suite J, Grandview, Missouri- Employees are exposed to point of operation hazards when working with the Hobart slicer and were not using the guard to prevent contact with the blade.

29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer failed to report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, within (24) twenty-four hours: (a). Worksite located at 11902 Blue Ridge Blvd. Suite J, Grandview, Missouri- On or about December 23, 2016, an employee suffered a partial amputation of his right thumb and the employer failed to report the incident within a (24) twenty-four hour period.
