In the Production Side 1 building where employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while using Newman Trim Saw #1 without a point of operation guard for the trim saw blade. d. In the Production Side 1 building where employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-by hazards while using a Hazlethorn brand pallet notcher without a point of operation guard for the notcher blade.
