29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. Building 761: A relocatable power tap was used to supply power to the microwave used by employees daily. The power tap was not supported but suspended between the outlet and the microwave and exposed employees to potential electrical hazards.

29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iv): The employer had not certified that employee training had been accomplished and kept up to date: Building 501, Mechanical Room: Adequate training in potentially hazardous energy control practices was not provided and employees were exposed to electrical and amputation hazards. Calidad Industries was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147 (c)(7)(iv) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1167020, citation number 2, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on November 1, 2016 with respect to a workplace located at Camp Parks Building 791 and Field Dublin, CA 94568.
