29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible:  (a) For employees detailing cars and working on the cars at the car shop, as noted on or about 01/18/2017, employees were offered the 3M, N95, Particulate Respirator, without having been provided the Appendix D information.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area:  (a) For employees detailing cars and working on the cars at the car shop, as noted on or about 01/18/2017, employees were not informed about the CARQUEST Wearever Brake Parts Cleaner, W7340, Engine Cooking System Iron Cleaner, Premium Conventional SAE 5W-30 Motor Oil, Bulldog Adhesion Promoter, Edge. Lt. Wt. Gold some of the compounds inside the products include but are not limited to disodium dihydrogen, methyl ethyl ketone, butyl acetate, xylene.

CARQUEST Wearever Brake Parts Cleaner, W7340, Engine Cooking System Iron Cleaner, Premium Conventional SAE 5W-30 Motor Oil, Bulldog Adhesion Promoter, Edge. Lt. Wt. Gold was being used. Some of the compounds inside the products include but are not limited to disodium dihydrogen,  methyl ethyl ketone, butyl acetate, xylene.
